Building a Shower Room / Bathroom
Creating a shower room in an unused cloakroom was a welcome addition for the householder.
Works consisted of the addition of a door opening, closing off and paneling an existing door with the addition of hidden plumbing and external drainage for a shower, toilet and sink unit.
The electrics were amended to include an extractor fan and heated radiator then all were safety tested and approved.
After the whole room was tiled using Metro style white tiles with a grey grout, the shower cubicle was added and a fitted and heated mirror completed the installation. Floor tiling was completed to match tiles used elsewhere in the house
